Description:

Oracle is hiring a Software Developer 3 (Senior Member of Technical Staff) to join its newly formed global business unit: Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure in Bangalore. In this full-stack cloud engineering role, you will help architect a modernized, automated healthcare ecosystem designed to securely handle global patient data across millions of daily users. You will design, build, and scale core UI/UX platform components, user experience SDKs, configuration frameworks, multimedia modules, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This position requires an independent developer who can balance client-side performance optimization with distributed cloud backend systems to ensure best-in-class accessibility and infrastructure resilience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly equivalent technical discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience, displaying independent judgment and full competency across distributed applications.
  • Deep structural expertise in JavaScript development and building complex Single Page Applications (SPAs). Specialized hands-on experience using React to develop reusable SDKs or component libraries is a major plus.
  • Strong backend engineering foundations utilizing modern runtime environments, including Java SE 17 and related enterprise cloud architectures.
  • Exceptional REST API design skills paired with practical experience deploying multi-tenant services across public cloud providers.
  • Demonstrated experience running cross-browser automation flows using Selenium, with preferred operational knowledge of WebdriverIO (WDIO).
  • Solid comprehension of setting up and maintaining CI/CD deployment toolchains, application telemetry, and cloud observability/logging frameworks to troubleshoot live runtime degradation.
  • Excellent communication skills to present sophisticated architectural flows cleanly to multi-functional teams. Comfortable taking an active project lead role, reviewing code, and guiding junior personnel within an Agile framework.
